Q1: Are your bags are food safe?

A:Yes. Our material is new raw material, our main product is food packaging bags as well, and we have pass FDA, ISO9001, CE, SGS, BRC Certification.

Q2: Can you send the free samples for our reference before an order?

A:Yes, our existing samples are free of charge, only freight collected, please provide DHL /FedEx/TNT account, we will return the freight cost for you when you place order.

Q3: Do you have professional designer?

A: Sure, we have own profession designer and we can assist you to make some simple design freely.

Q4:Could you printing our logo on the bag?

A:Yes, any color we can do, we are printing according to your artwork.

Q5: Do you do full color digital bag printing, or do you use plates?

A: Both printing ways we can do, it depends on bag quantity and your request.

Q6:What is the lead time of bags?

– For our stock bags, it will need 1-3 days.

– For custom bags, it will need 12-18 days from confirmed design to done bags.
